Developing your Organisation with the EFQM Excellence Model
The following opportunities are designed to help you to develop our organisation. Wherever you are on your Excellence journey, we can provide relevant and constructive support to move you to the next stage.
Managing an EFQM Self Assessment
For many organisations, the first stage in their excellence journey is to conduct a self-assessment as a way of establishing their starting position. This two day course will equip you to design a self-assessment process to suit your organisation’s needs and to lead the team through that process.
Introduction to the Levels of Excellence and External Assessment:
Many organisations find it useful to calibrate their view of how far they have progressed on the Excellence Journey and obtain objective feedback on what else could be improved. This one-day workshop will introduce you to the EFQM’s different levels of external recognition and will help you to decide which level is right for your organisation.
How to Produce an EFQM Management/Submission Document:
This one-day workshop will provide you with practical guidance on how to compile an EFQM Management Document for your organisation. Producing such a document for the first time can seem like a daunting task but this workshop will break it down into stages and offer tips for success.
Opportunities to Learn from Good Practice
Many organisations welcome the opportunity to learn from the good practices of other organisations. We are now able to provide support in a number of different ways:
- Request an external volunteer assessor to be part of your self-assessment team (BQF Members only)
- Attend meetings of the EFQM Excellence Model User special interest group which meets three times a year. Click here to find out dates.
- Place a free request for Good Practice sharing on a specific topic. (BQF Gold Members only)
