Change Management

All organisations need to evolve and change – in response to customers’ needs, business objectives and changing financial resources.

Managing successful change, whether for a project or for ‘business as usual’, involves both implementing the change and then successfully embedding the change to make sure that the benefits stick. For change agents this means you need to have a wide range of capabilities.

All BQF training focuses on the key themes of managing change:

Our training brings high value because it is delivered by expert trainers and practitioners, with current hands-on change experience. It is informed by leading-edge theory and practice and leads to BQF change management accreditation.

Our programme of change management training offers different entry points to suit your needs – whether you’re a non-change professional or have years of delivery experience.
