Russell’s Vision for BQF
The vision itself hasn’t changed but
we need to articulate that vision more clearly.
- We want to have a closer relationship with our members, both in their continuous improvement plans but also delivering more value to them.
- We want to spell out the benefits of membership and the value that it brings to organisations.
I want us to be bold in how we help members on their performance improvement journey.
To do that we need to continue to offer the best training and development in the UK, and we need to bring inspiring speakers to our members. By offering more insightful events we can show we can deliver the training our members need and also introduce inspirational people from different walks of life.
