Improve Your Wellbeing Naturally

This workshop is for professionals and executives who lead busy lives and are often under high levels of stress leading to continual, unrelenting “burn out”. People are often more productive when they have the right mind-set and a strong, healthy body. In our workplaces we must have resilience, collaboration and the ability to stay agile and to perform in conditions of high complexity.

Behavioural Change: Make Change Stick using Neurolinguistic Programming
