Engagement Works Event – Wednesday 25th April
A Government report published in 2009 by David MacLeod and Nita Clarke sparked a sea-change in thinking about employee engagement. For the first time, engagement was seen as a business issue rather than something confined to the realms of the Human Resources department. During this event we will explore how employee engagement is both relevant and essential to the success of organisations. For more information please see our event page.
Special Interest Groups
Our special interest groups are designed around a combination of learning and networking. They’re a chance for you to meet people from other organisations and businesses, share best practice and discuss current issues and trends. Find out more.
‘Adding Value for Customers’ is one of the fundamental concepts of excellence that underpin the EFQM Excellence Model. During this special joint meeting there will be an opportunity to explore the concept in detail, to learn from the experience of our guest speakers, including John Lewis Distribution, and to share ideas with peers.
Hosted by John Lewis Distribution, this event will also feature a guest speaker from Chiltern Railways, one of our 2018 Customer Experience Award Finalists.
