Events, training and workshops

We run a wide range of events, training and learning opportunities across the year. They are open to members and non-members alike.

Our workshops will give you an in-depth understanding of a range of performance improvement techniques and tools. Workshops include programmes such as the EFQM Excellence Model and Lean Six Sigma.

Adding Value for Customers – Customer Experience and EFQM Excellence Model User SIG

Wednesday 7 March @ 9:30am – 2:30pm

Adding Value for Customers’ is one of the fundamental concepts of excellence that underpin the EFQM Excellence Model. During this special joint meeting there will be an opportunity to explore the concept in detail, to learn from the experience of our guest speakers, including John Lewis Distribution, and to share ideas with peers.

Hosted by John Lewis Distribution, this event will also feature a guest speaker from Chiltern Railways, one of our 2018 Customer Experience Award Finalists.
