“I am now in my 25th year on the railway, starting as a Guard and working my way through many promotions including Control Manager, Quality Manager and now Business Improvement Manager. I was first trained as an EFQM assessor in 2007 and have successfully taken rail business’ through three EFQM assessments. With Chiltern Railways we have successfully maintained the Recognised for Excellence 5 Star for the last two assessments and I have personally led our success in obtaining Excellence in awards for Customer Service and People Engagement over the last two years. On a personal level I love the history and game of golf having recently been a Club Captain as well as a collector of golf memorabilia. I am a mad Queens Park Rangers Football fan and three boys aged 15, 25 and 28.”
