Basic Process Design – Creating Flow
Process mapping is just the beginning. The value in process mapping is not in the resulting map, but the journey we take in getting to it, the learning we take from it and the improvement we drive off the back of it.
This session will talk you through some tips and ideas for mapping processes virtually, as well as sharing a series of process design principles which will help you to ask the right questions and pose the best challenges during mapping sessions, allowing you to get the best out of each process mapping intervention.
