This workshop is the essential introduction to the EFQM Excellence Model.  It is particularly relevant if you are responsible for leading organisation-wide improvement projects. It is also strongly recommended as preparation for the EFQM Assessor Training and the managing an EFQM Self-Assessment course.

The workshop will provide an overview of:

  • The history and structure of the Model
  • The Fundamental Concepts
  • The Criteria and RADAR
  • How to get started with the Model
  • Opportunities

Participants receive  a complimentary copy of the EFQM Excellence Model 2013.

Presenter Note

Gail Tutcher has worked with the EFQM Excellence Model for the last 15 years and has been a Senior Assessor for EFQM. She recently joined BQF as a Director with responsibility for training and consulting services.

Gail Nicolson joined BQF in March 2016 from Quality Scotland. She has been supporting and training organisations to use the EFQM Excellence Model since 2012 to improve business performance. Gail has worked across all sectors particularly within the third sector, SMEs and financial sector.
