Joe Lambert - Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant
Presenter Note

Joe Lambert is a specialist in Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement, skilled in driving positive change in Product Quality, Customer Service, Process Improvement and Waste Reduction. He has a BSc Hons degree in Chemistry and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Joe’s background is in manufacturing where, in his role as Operational Excellence Leader, he ran and oversaw numerous improvement projects bringing benefits to both internal and external customers. He joined TQMI in 2015 as a continuous improvement consultant and during his time there has expanded his field of work to numerous diverse sectors including retail, finance, media and logistics. Joe firmly believes that regardless of the industry, quality data collection and analysis is key to the implementation and sustainability of any improvement.
