Neuro Linguistic Programming
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is an outcome-focused model based on how our minds (neuro) and communication (linguistic) interact with each other. By focusing on our patterns of behaviour and belief (programming) we can get different results. NLP provides a way of understanding how we experience the world and how we are able to change conscious and unconscious patterns of behaviour and belief to enhance performance and results.

How to go beyond what you think is possible
A practical exercise that will provide you with experiential evidence that it is possible to change your belief in what you think you are capable of.
The power of positive thinking
An explanation of how we experience the world using the model of NLP. How we filter our experience, create an internal representation and a state that influences our behaviours and actions. How we can become aware of this and make a choice to take agency, think positively and effect change in ourselves and other people.
How to build connections
A practical exercise that will show you how to access the COACH state (centred, open, aware, calm, holding) that will enable you to build rapport and maintain connection with other people.
How to create a positive outcome
Using the PACER model (positive, achievement, context, ecology, resource) to ensure that you are able to create a positive outcome and discover the skills necessary to create change.
How to resolve conflict
A practical exercise that will show you how to resolve conflict through effective conversations, building rapport and creating positive outcomes with other people.
How to motivate and engage people
Identifying how people filter and process their experience of the world (NLP metaprogrammes) so that you can understand how best to motivate and engage people in order to maximise results.
