Every organisation faces the challenge of how to respond effectively and efficiently to opportunities and threats and how to keep improving. Using a management framework such as the EFQM Excellence Model can provide structure and impetus to a continuous improvement process. Successful implementation of the Model will be the theme for the next meeting of the EFQM Excellence Model Users Special Interest Group.

During the meeting there will be an opportunity to learn from two well-known, but very different, lighting companies about why they decided to use the Model and how they approached the implementation. There will also be smaller group discussions on making the business case, building internal capability and adapting the Model to suit your organisation.

Why attend?

  • Develop your understanding of how to implement the Model effectively in your organisation
  • Learn from the experiences of Anglepoise and Signify (formerly Philips Lighting)
  • Gain some practical tips
  • Network and share ideas in an informal atmosphere
  • Meet like-minded peers also looking for new ideas and a fresh perspective
  • Hear a brief update on the review process for the 2020 version of the Model

Who should attend?

This meeting is open to anyone who is using, or interested in using, the EFQM Excellence Model.
