Ricoh is delighted to open its doors for an exclusive site visit in December.
Everyone at Ricoh’s Telford Factory has two jobs, their technical role and their continuous improvement role. Through the deployment of the Ricoh Way Production System and the Kaizen Spiral of engagement tools, all employees are committed to “everyday, doing something a little bit better than yesterday.”
During this event come and explore how Ricoh’s culture of engagement in continuous improvement has been sustained to stand the test of time and has helped transform its operations.

IdeasUK will share its framework for successful ideas management and Ricoh will demonstrate how this has helped them develop a successful, platinum accredited suggestion scheme.
