This event is a joint conference organised by BQF and Catalyst Consulting Ltd and hosted by Adecco UK & Ireland in their London HQ. 

This conference is aimed at anyone with an interest in change, transformation, continuous improvement as well as existing Lean and Lean Six Sigma practitioners.

With an increasing need for organisations to rapidly adapt driven by an accelerating pace of change in technology, markets, customers, politics and society, what role can existing and future practitioners of  change play, and what skills and capabilities will they need in this future?

The focus of this conference is on developing the skills needed to be an effective ‘change catalyst’ in the future. The event will be held in an informal and friendly networking style.

Transformation at Adecco

Adecco have embarked on a group wide transformation initiative which involves facilitating change throughout the organisation. Laila will describe the role of the change practitioner and their development. This session will consider recruitment, training, and developing capability as well as how to rapidly deploy skills learned using examples from within the Adecco organisation.
