This workshop is the essential introduction to the EFQM Excellence Model.  It is particularly relevant if you are responsible for leading organisation-wide improvement projects. It is also strongly recommended as preparation for the EFQM Assessor Training and the managing an EFQM Self-Assessment course.

The workshop will provide an overview of:

  • The history and structure of the Model
  • The Fundamental Concepts
  • The Criteria and RADAR
  • How to get started with the Model
  • Opportunities

Participants receive  a complimentary copy of the EFQM Excellence Model 2013.

John Lewis representative:

The ability to network and understand how others are looking to use the BQF. Good to meet other who were already on the journey

Arcus Solutions representative:

Good well rounded workshop, workshop leader made it applicable for those with Excellence Model experience and those with very little knowledge. Good balance of presentation and activities
