Eva is a Quality and Improvement specialist with over 30 years’ experience in delivering improvement and governance programmes which support and sustain revenue, customer excellence and compliance to the key ISO standards for Quality, Environment, Information Security and Service Management.
Leading Quality for the Global Consumer Solutions team in Equifax Ltd for almost 4 years, Eva successfully implemented a brand new QMS in less than 10 months, fully aligned to ISO9001:2015 alongside a new business process management system which supported operational capability in achieving full FCA authorisation in 2017.
Eva is constantly looking for ways to improve the consumer experience by reducing effort and driving better engagement. She is currently looking at how the ISO Quality Management Principles, and the learnings from this project, can support Leaders in delivering collaborative and consumer focused organisations.
Eva is a Lean Practitioner and Lead Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO20000.
