Meeting rooms for hire

Our modern and stylish new office, in the heart of the City of London, offers three meeting rooms for our members and non-members to hire. Available on a half-day or full-day basis, our flexible rooms range in size and can accommodate from 8 to 35 delegates.

All our fully-serviced meeting rooms include:

  • Superior AV facilities – VGA & HDMI
  • Screen projector facilities
  • Conference phone
  • Natural light & fully air-conditioned rooms

  • *Printing and scanning services available by prior arrangement for an additional cost
  • Please note all food orders are to be made 72 hours prior

 

Breakfast only option:  £5 per head an assortment of pastries and fruit.

Lunch options:

Option 1

Simple Working lunch will include fruit and biscuits in the morning, with a selection of sandwiches, wraps and crisps for lunch for £8 per head +VAT

Option 2

Working lunch will include pastries, fruit and biscuits in the morning, with an assortment of sandwiches and wraps accompanied by a salad and crisps. Tea cakes will also be available in the afternoon, for £11 per head +VAT

Option 3

Working lunch accompanied by cold bites will include pastries, fruit and biscuits in the morning with a wrap platter, 2 large bowls of salad and 3 choices of light bites, with tea cakes available in the afternoon for £13.00 per head +VAT

Our meeting rooms are suitable for a variety of business needs including board meetings, training sessions, workshops and breakfast/lunch/evening receptions.

We also welcome you to call into our member breakout area, where you can drop-in and plug-in.

Our office at 53 New Broad Street is in a great location within close proximity to Liverpool Street, Bank and Moorgate stations.
