Anna is the Head of Strategic Qualitative Research and heads up the innovation work undertaken by Future Thinking. Future Thinking is a global data driven intelligence company of researchers, marketers, statisticians, strategists, innovators, creatives and industry experts. Anna’s role focuses specifically on directing and managing large research projects on innovation, NPD, FMCG, shopper, media & marcomms and customer experience for UK and Global brands. In addition, Anna has introduced innovative approaches to research within the company with a particular focus on measuring biometric and neurometric measurement to understand System 1 responses to different stimuli.
Prior to working at Future Thinking, Anna worked in various consultancy roles including change management and continuous improvement, which involved working with companies to support them through the implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model.
