Ian joined BQF in 2010 to develop and manage our EFQM Levels of Excellence Programme. He was appointed as Sales Director in 2011 and CEO in July 2017.
Autumn joined in the summer of 2015 as a marketing intern, helping with our website regeneration plan, marketing and PR activities. After completing her University degree at Goldsmiths, she was kept on as a marketing executive.
Amanda joined us in October 2014 as Marketing Manager, having previously worked in various marketing roles within the education sector including AQA, the UK’s largest provider of qualifications.
Gail joined BQF in March 2016, having previously worked for EFQM’s national partner in Scotland. Her role includes supporting organisations to plan and implement continuous improvement programmes, and she is also an experience EFQM Assessor. Since joining BQF Gail has also worked with Matthew Syed Consulting to develop a new training course designed to help organisations implement a growth mindset culture and marginal gains approach to continuous improvement.
Louise joined in April 2016 as an Account Manager focusing on new member generation.
Her background is Sales Management of which 20 years was within Logistics and also time spent in the Hospitality Industry.
Gail recently joined BQF as director with responsibility for training and consulting services. She has over 20 years' consultancy experience, supporting public and private sector organisations.
Diane joined in 2015 to support the development and delivery of the wider services offer to our membership. She has 20 years’ international experience of supporting organisations from all sectors and size on their business excellence journey; both through hands-on support and through assessments.
Ben joined our member services team in 2009, managing and expanding our workshop programme and successfully developing its range and scope to meet the changing needs of our members. He’s been involved in many different aspects of our work, from creating the Excellence Model User Group to devising our social media policy.
Greta joined in August 2015 following an eight-year stretch as a personal trainer. Her role includes coordinating member networking events and managing member accounts.
Heidi joined the events team in February 2016, coordinating the new workshop programme and assisting her fellow events team colleagues with the BQF calendar.
Rosie is the Head of Events at BQF, responsible for the events programme along with the UK Excellence Awards ceremony. Before this she was an Executive Assistant and project managed the BQF office relocation to the new headquarters in the City. Rosie has a degree in History and Politics from the University of Liverpool.
Ann joined in January 2017 as an Accounts Officer. Her role includes raising invoices, credit control, allocating income and paying suppliers. She has many years’ experience working in Finance, within both the public and private sectors.
Anne is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the SME Services Sector.
She joined BQF in early 2017 following on from her previous role as FC at an incentive and event services agency.
