2019 Award Finalists

Selecting finalists from a record number of exceptional entries from a broad range of organisations was a tough job for the judges. They were hugely impressed with the high standard of unique ideas, projects and people supporting the drive for improvement and excellence within their organisations.

UK Excellence Award & Jury Commendation

The UK Excellence Award involves a robust assessment undertaken by an experienced team of trained assessors using the EFQM Excellence Model. We are delighted to announce the following organisations have been short-listed as finalists for this year’s UK Excellence Award or for Jury Commendation.

Lean Six Sigma Academy Award

This award recognises innovation and a measurable improvement from a project employing Lean, Lean Six Sigma or other performance improvement methodologies.

This award recognises organisations that have introduced positive changes within their organisation which have resulted in an enhanced and improved customer experience. Organisations must demonstrate how they have delivered significant business benefits and improved customer satisfaction ratings.

The judges will be looking for organisations that have demonstrated how they harness the talents and creativity of their people to make their organisation more productive and a better place to work.

This award celebrates those organisations who champion equality, diversity and human rights every day. They have a strong ethos of ‘opportunity for all’ giving every individual a chance to achieve their potential, free from prejudice and discrimination.

Excellence in Collaboration Award

It is increasingly normal for organisations to work with partners to achieve desired results for their stakeholders. There are many situations where working in these formal and informal arrangements is necessary in order for complementary capabilities to deliver the outcomes for customers, for example. This new award acknowledges the role that working in collaboration plays in organisations’ successes.

UK Excellence Awards Ceremony

We’re delighted to be hosting the 2019 awards in the prestigious Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 16 May 2019.

 

Our UK Excellence Awards offer guests not only the opportunity to network but also to celebrate with over 500 professional and senior decision makers throughout the evening. As well as the ceremony itself, the night also offers an exclusive drinks reception and an awards after party.
