Our one-day workshops are ideal for getting an overview of topics relating to performance improvement.

They cover a diverse range of subjects such as 'How to engage your people for superior performance', 'How to use benchmarking' and 'Systems Thinking.'

There are also introductions to key management tools such as the EFQM Excellence Model and Lean Six Sigma.

Delegates are advised to book early as workshops are often fully subscribed.

Workshop fee

• BQF member - £150 excluding VAT
• CQI member - £175 excluding VAT (quote your CQI membership number when booking)
• EEF member - £175 excluding VAT (quote your EEF membership number when booking)
• Non-member - £300 excluding VAT

The price of a workshop place includes refreshments and a sandwich lunch.

All Regular Plus, Key Plus and Premier Members receive an annual allocation of FREE workshops as part of their membership package. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility.

Please note: cancellations received within 21 days of the start of the workshop remain chargeable, however substitutions will be accepted.
