Lean Six Sigma CertificationThe Lean Six Sigma Academy offers a certification service for all levels of Lean and Six Sigma experts, providing independent verification that an individual has mastered the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

BQF Certification has been carefully designed to be equally applicable to manufacturing and service environments with the aim of establishing a new level of consistency and a recognised national benchmark.

The ingredients for success across a wide variety of industries have been identified and put into a skills-matrix which is what our programme is based upon. Using a mixture of formal examination and project review, certification assesses abilities and covers both theory and practice, reviewing of the applicant's performance in leading real projects.

Although not exclusively designed for people who have been trained by the Academy, the certification process is designed to build upon a structured training programme.

The Academy also maintains a Lean Six Sigma Register of successful applicants.

The BQF licences Master Black Belt assessors from leading Six Sigma providers to certify Yellow, Green and Black Belt candidates using the proven Lean Six Sigma Academy accreditation process.

Successful candidates receive a written feedback report, a Lean Six Sigma Academy Certificate as well as an entry on the Lean Six Sigma Academy register.
