EFQM Excellence Model training

Learn how to use the Model and implement performance improvement programmes in your organisation or become a fully qualified EFQM Excellence Model Assessor.

As an EFQM Primary Partner, we are licensed to provide official EFQM Excellence Model training courses that will equip you to the highest standard. 

One-day workshops

Our one-day workshops will provide you with the tools for your journey to excellence. Delivered by leading experts in the field, they will enable you to explore key aspects of excellence and best practice.

All Regular Plus, Key Plus and Premier Members receive an annual allocation of FREE places. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility.

We run a programme of workshops in the North of England in partnership with North of England Excellence.

Lean Six Sigma training

The Lean Six Sigma Academy provides both in-house and open-market training in that will enable you to use Lean and Six Sigma effectively to deliver real, measurable, operational and financial improvements.
