Annual Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference is run annually in partnership with The Leadership Trust.

Previous themes have included: Turning strategy into results, Leadership and Innovation, Feedback for Success, Leadership My Way, Leadership and Change, Leadership and Employee engagement. 

Achievement Award for Leadership

This is one of the five categories in the BQF Achievement Awards that recognises inspirational leadership within an organisation.

EFQM Excellence Model

The EFQM Excellence Model is an ideal way of learning about an organisation’s strengths, areas for improvement, and the role of leadership within it.

EFQM Levels of Excellence

The EFQM Levels of Excellence is an international recognition programme for performance improvement which offers opportunities for real business improvement to all organisations, regardless of size, location or sector.
