Annual Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference is run annually in partnership with The Leadership Trust.

This year's theme is 'Mastering leadership challenges'. Previous themes have included: Turning strategy into results, Leadership and Innovation, Feedback for Success, Leadership My Way, Leadership and Change, Leadership and Employee engagement. 

‘How to engage your people for superior performance’ workshop

This is one of the subjects covered in our workshop programme and it explores how engaged people contribute to the organisation’s performance. The workshop looks at the challenges in securing and retaining key people, the factors affecting discretionary effort, a diagnostic tool to assess engagement levels and action planning to promote employee engagement.

EFQM Excellence Model

The EFQM Excellence Model is an ideal way of learning about an organisation’s strengths and areas for improvement.

EFQM Levels of Excellence

The EFQM Levels of Excellence programme is an international recognition programme for performance improvement which offers opportunities for real business improvement to all organisations, regardless of size, location or sector.
