Strategic Planning Healthcheck

To be truly effective, business improvement activities should be geared towards the achievement of an organisation's strategic objectives. Typically up to 50% of any given organisation's improvement activity is either ineffective or driving improvement in areas that are not aligned with that organisation's goals.

Our Strategic Planning Healthcheck can help your organisation to align its improvement activities with its business goals by assessing current activities, identifying gaps and formulating ways to close them. It is conducted in a one-day workshop on-site.
