The BQF Approach to Best Practice Benchmarking A unique opportunity to improve your business performance.
The BQF in partnership with Leeds University Business School, is running a Best Practice Benchmarking programme focused on the fundamental areas of modern business activity.
This is a rare opportunity for businesses to assess and raise their public profile and join the growing number of leading UK organisations. Benchmarking is recognised by successful
organisations as a practical and proven tool to accelerate improvement by learning from other outstanding organisations.
Methodology
Our benchmarking methodology is based on current Best Practice Benchmarking processes.
There are five stages:
Plan: The study will commence with the plan phase. Participants are invited to the "kick-off" meeting to share aspirations and learn about the study.
Collect: Questionaires to possible site visit organisations are sent. Site visits are organised and carried out.
Analyse: Results of the site visits are considered and reports are written.
Adapt: Conclusions from the study are shared. Identified Best Practice enablers are discussed and adapted to improve processes for participating organisations.
Review: The final activity will be to conduct a post completion review. This provides valuable feedback from the participating organisations as well as reviewing the BQF/LUBS interface.
