These Awards are now open to any size organisation from any sector in the UK and seek significant achievement in the following areas:
Leadership
Process Management
Partnership Development
Employee Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction
Entry for each award is by a 1500 word document, describing:
An approach or style that is 'different' and innovative
Impact that is long term rather than short-lived
Employee involvement
Something special - the 'wow factor'
The judging panel for each Award will select a short-list, and these organisations will receive a site visit to confirm the claims made in the entry document.
The five Achievement Awards carry corporate sponsorship, and are presented at the annual UK Excellence Award Ceremony.
2008 UK Excellence Award Applicants may enter without paying an additional fee, but must meet the other entry requirements.
