BQF Endorsed Adviser Network

Who are the Endorsed Advisers?

BQF Endorsed advisers are individuals who have been trained and approved by the BQF to act on our behalf, all of our advisers are members of the Foundation. They have been selected for their range of competencies and skills not just on the Excellence Model but in a variety of business development disciplines and all aspects of continuous improvement. They are able to advise on a wide range of topics and have been equipped with the latest knowledge on all the BQF's products and services.

What is the EA Network?

The network has been developed in response to the continued demand from BQF customers for help and advice on all aspects of continuous improvement. Any requests for help, advice or guidance received at the BQF are passed through to the Endorsed Adviser Network. The requests come through our e-mail address, by telephone, through our web site or even by letter. Upon receiving the query we will contact the next Endorsed adviser in rotation, who will then be in touch with the client. During the first contact they will 'talk' through the query and if necessary, will arrange to meet without charge, in order to explore the requirements more fully.

Is there a typical enquiry?

There is no typical enquiry. The BQF fields a diverse range of requests for information every week. Recent enquirers have sought help on investigating the use of the model to achieve consistency in the supply chain, developing an employee survey and planning an introductory session on the Model for Board Directors.

What will it cost?

Endorsed advisers have an agreement with the BQF not to make any charge for the first consultation with a customer, even if this involves an initial meeting or presentation. If, following the period of free advice you need a further consultation, you may of course enter into a private arrangement with your adviser, not involving the BQF.

How does the BQF quality assure the network?

The BQF, in order to uphold its reputation and the concepts it stands for, has introduced a code of conduct which includes the behaviours and competencies of Endorsed advisers. The BQF will be contacting a wide sample of referrals made to our Endorsed advisers, which will act as both a customer satisfaction guide and a quality assurance mechanism.
