The purpose of the EFQM Excellence Model User Group is to help anybody already involved in using the Model or interested in using it, to achieve optimum results by learning from the experiences of others.
It has three main aims:
The group is open to all, from those considering use of the Model through to Award Winners. The meetings, so far, have included guest speakers, networking activities and sessions to share and discuss good practice.
In addition to our physical meetings, you can also join in on Twitter #BQFNetworking or join our LinkedIn Group to find out the latest news from the EFQM Excellence Model User Group and to get involved with the latest discussions.

'I attended the BQF Model User Group event in Birmingham at the BIG Lottery Fund in December, and found it to be a really useful and interesting day. I learned a lot of things that will be really useful to NIACE in our quality improvement efforts.'
