EFQM Excellence Model User Group

EFQM Excellence Model User GroupThe purpose of the EFQM Excellence Model User Group is to help anybody already involved in using the Model or interested in using it, to achieve optimum results by learning from the experiences of others.

It has three main aims:

  • To provide a network forum for current and prospective Model users
  • To learn and promote pragmatic ‘hints, tips and practices' that can be used to deliver benefits
  • To share practices that make the Model most relevant to today and tomorrow's environment.

The group is open to all, from those considering use of the Model through to Award Winners. The meetings, so far, have included guest speakers, networking activities and sessions to share and discuss good practice.
