Committed to Excellence (C2E) is part of the EFQM Levels of Excellence certification programme, and is designed for organisations that are beginning their excellence journeys.
Providing international recognition at entry level, C2E will encourage passion and commitment amongst your internal stakeholders in order to generate the necessary momentum to start implementing performance improvement activities.
It also offer your organisation a practical and simple way to build knowledge and experience of the EFQM Excellence Model and RADAR logic.
To achieve C2E certification, your organisation will need to work through the following three stages:
You will get constructive feedback from an experienced external source on your improvement projects and the results they achieved. This feedback can help focus further improvement activity and serve as an input for business planning.

C2E certification is valid for 2 years and successful organisations are listed on both our Directory of Excellence and EFQM's Levels of Excellence database. They are also able to use the C2E logo to promote their achievement.
Any organisation can apply from small and medium-sized enterprises and large businesses to public sector and voluntary organisations, charities and not-for-profits. Business units within an organisation are also eligible.
'The award of C2E has been accepted with a considerable sense of pride but, more importantly, with a firm commitment to take the approach forward to higher levels.'
Tony Wilson, Managing Director, Abellio London & Surrey
