EFQM Levels of Excellence is Europe's leading recognition programme for high levels of organisational performance, regardless of location, size or sector, and is based on the EFQM Excellence Model.
With two levels of recognition, Committed to Excellence (C2E) and Recognised for Excellence (R4E), it can provide your organisation with a proven route to improving and maintaining performance.

C2E is for organisations starting out on their journey towards excellence and will help you introduce an excellence initiative into your organisation and deliver improved results.
Find out more about C2E

R4E is designed to help organisations already well on their way to achieving sustainable excellence. It is based on an external analysis of your organisation's overall performance and achievements.
Find out more about R4E
What's in it for you?Achieving C2E or R4E is evidence to internal and external stakeholders that your organisation has achieved a high standard of performance excellence. Many organisations find this formal recognition increasingly important for winning contract bids and tenders.
You will receive a valuable feedback report to help you unlock your potential as an organisation, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement. This will help you
continue your journey to achieving sustainable excellence.
Achieving C2E or R4E also provides the foundations for entering the UK Excellence Award, the premier award scheme in the UK for recognising organisational excellence.
Accreditation is valid for two years, and you will be eligible to use the appropriate logo and be listed on the BQF's Excellence database and EFQM's European
Excellence database.
Any organisation can apply from small and medium-sized enterprises and large businesses to public sector and voluntary organisations, charities and not-for-profits. Business units within an organisation are also eligible.
The BQF can arrange for external support to help you through the process if required. This includes publications, training and workshops, as well as advice and guidance from your assessor.
