The World’s Most Innovative Companies – 2007 list

Businessweek has published its list of the 50 most innovative companies.  It is headed by Apple, Google, Toyota, GE and Microsoft.  The top European entry is Nokia at 13.  There are only two British entries – Virgin (18) and BP (33).  The list is voted by Businessweek readers so it is tends to be dominated by well-known American brands.  Nonetheless it is interesting and especially so is the listing by industry.  Use the arrows on the top right to view leading innovators in each of 11 sectors.
