The Master Assessor Training course is pass or fail. Over three days you will work individually, as well as in teams, to practice a number of skills, such as project management, team management and difficult situation handling, receiving detailed personal feedback and guidance along the way.

Passing the course will formally qualify you as an EFQM Master Assessor and demonstrate to your employer, colleagues and peers that you are equipped to the highest standard to lead and direct assessments.
