Leader for Excellence

Learn how to lead performance improvement initiatives in your organisation with this official EFQM two-day training course.

You will

  • Understand the basics of the EFQM Excellence Model, RADAR logic and the Fundamental Concepts of Excellence
  • Identify areas for improvement and adopt a structured approach to address them effectively
  • Learn how to interpret an assessment feedback report
  • Develop an EFQM Management Document to help manage improvement and strategy execution
  • Work with a real Recognised for Excellence (R4E) application document
  • Understand the Business Excellence Matrix, an EFQM self-assessment tool 
  • Learn to use DMAIC, a simple tool to drive improvement projects

Valuable addition to your CV

Passing the Leader for Excellence course will certify you as an ‘EFQM Leader for Excellence - Level 1' which will demonstrate to your employer, colleagues and peers that you are equipped to the highest standard to lead performance improvement initiatives.

Level 2 certification is obtainable upon successful completion of a DMAIC project or self-assessment using the Model within one year of completing Level 1.
