The BQF is one of the EFQM’s European National Partner organisations (NPOs) which cover the European zone. EFQM is based in Brussels and, with its NPOs represents every important European region and assists European businesses to deliver improved services through the effective use of leading edge management practices. The EFQM owns the intellectual property of the EFQM Excellence Model.
