TQMI - Laurie Bradley
Formed in 1987, TQMI is a consultancy specialising in performance improvement. Their core business involves providing advice and guidance to boards, management teams and operational staff, as well as hands-on support for improvement projects and transformational activities. TQMI's style is results-orientated and based on a need to transfer skills to their clients.

Laurie has an extensive track record spanning 27 years in all aspects of helping organisations to deliver continuous improvement in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. This experience has involved providing support with all aspects of excellence. He has worked with organisations just starting with continuous improvement or process management through to award winners. Laurie previously worked in the process industry in technical and production management roles.
