The Change Agent has a key role in ensuring the success of a project by actively and effectively guiding an organisation through changes. Key success factors for the implementation of change are the effective use of a change management framework to run in parallel with the phases of the project, and that the Change Agent is equipped with a set of leadership and persuasion skills in order to ensure that changes are fully adopted and break-through improvements are achieved.
This framework for managing change has proven to be highly successful in helping organisations through the implementation of projects. A comprehensive set of leadership skills form the backbone of this module, providing the opportunity to understand the concepts and apply the skills during the programme.
It is full of exercises to assist you in applying sound theory and techniques to the situations you will be facing as a Change Agent in your organisation. In addition, video case studies give a number of real world examples.
This training is an additional option to support the Lean Six Sigma Academy's Green Belt, Advanced Green Belt training courses, and one of the Black Belt training course modules. It is also available as a stand-alone course.
