The Register of Consultants & Training Organisations
The Register is a valuable resource to anyone considering using the services of a consultancy or training provider. It features member organisations who have signed up to a a code of conduct governing their relationship with clients. A number of these organisations are also licensed by the Foundation to deliver European Assessor Training using the official EFQM training materials.
To access the Register of Consultancy & Training Organisations you can:
- Click here to see an Alphabetical list of all registered organisations.
- Contact the Registrar, Mark Bell, (tel: 0207 654 5033) if you need any help.
Those on the Register are committed to working with the Foundation to improve standards of conduct by encouraging an understanding of the needs and responsibilities both of the clients and service providers. In this connection we recommend that anyone contemplating using the services of a consultancy or training organisation should address the checklist contained in Appointing a Consultancy or Training organisation.
Inclusion on the Register is an indication of an organisations ethical stance and commitment to the specific contents of the Code. It is up to all client users to establish the suitability and competence of organisations which they are engaging.
All organisations on the Register are responsible for the services they provide to their clients. The Foundation itself does not accept responsiblity for unsatisfactory service provided by any organisation on the Register. However, if you believe that a registered organisation has not met the standard of integrity required by the Code, you should write to the Registrar, giving details of the alleged breach, so that the matter can be investigated. Where appropriate, organisations will be excluded from the Register.
While we are sure that you will find reassurance by using the services of organisations on this Register, we are aware that there are many providers of services who are not yet registered. In considering the proposals from such suppliers we would urge you to ask them why they are not registered and, more importantly, whether they feel they could sign up to such a scheme and the associated Code of Conduct.
If you have any questions about the scheme or would like to make any suggestions as to how it can usefully be developed, please write to the Registrar, Mark Bell at the Foundation.
