BQF Snapshot PlusBQF Snapshot is software designed to help organisations self-assess against the EFQM Excellence Model. The new, improved BQF Snapshot Plus version has been updated to reflect the 2010 version of the EFQM Excellence Model.

New features

A strict focus on the criteria and guidance of the 2010 EFQM Excellence Model;

Progressive scoring of 85 aspects of management that are directly linked to the Model's 9 criteria and the EFQM guidance for its 32 criterion parts;

Scoring that reflects the revised RADAR scoring process;

Cross-referencing the 8 Fundamental Concepts of Excellence;

A Balanced Scorecard feature which links key performance indicators to all aspects of management;

A SWOT feature to support strategic planning.

The software is supported by Windows 7 and Vista, and also by Windows XP if a .net Framework has been installed.

The software is available for download and trial after registering your interest. All features can be viewed initially, but an annual licence must be purchased to access its full functionality.

Licensing

Access to the full functionality of BQF Snapshot Plus is available through an individual or master (which allows for installation on as many PCs as required) annual licence.

A master licence may be particularly useful in larger organisations who wish to deploy BQF Snapshot Plus across a number of discrete business units.
