Judging process

There will be a judging panel for each award comprising a subject expert, an executive from the organisation sponsoring the Award, and a BQF Executive.

The judges are seeking organisations that have an approach that is innovative and different. They will produce a shortlist based on the written submissions, and each shortlisted entrant will receive a half-day visit from a member of the panel to confirm that claims made in their submission are supported by evidence. The purpose of the visit is to ensure that the integrity of the judging process is beyond reproach.

The judges will particularly be looking for:

  • Activities and approaches that are unusual and innovative
  • Customer benefit
  • Other business benefits

Awards timetable

The winners will be invited to present at the 2012 Winners Conference.
