There are five categories to enter in the 2012 BQF Achievement Awards:
Customer Satisfaction sponsored by British Gas
Employee Engagement sponsored by TNT Express
Innovation sponsored by Oracle
Leadership sponsored by BT
Sustainable Future sponsored by First Group Rail
Entry is simpleComplete the registration form and then submit a 1,500 document (a template will be provided) which should indicate:
UK-based organisations from any sector (private, public or voluntary) or of any size (from SME to multinational) can enter, as can a whole organisation, a unit from within an organisation, a team or an individual. Organisations are also welcome to enter more than one category.
Judging processThere will be a judging panel for each award comprising a subject expert, an executive from the organisation sponsoring the Award, and a BQF Executive.
The judges are seeking organisations that have an approach that is innovative and different. They will produce a shortlist based on the written submissions, and each shortlisted entrant will receive a half-day visit from a member of the panel to confirm that claims made in their submission are supported by evidence. The purpose of the visit is to ensure that the integrity of the judging process is beyond reproach.
