All BQF members are eligible for a free half day consultation* with one of our Endorsed Advisors on a subject of their choice. BQF Endorsed Advisors are continuous improvement specialists with extensive knowledge on a wide range of business topics including the EFQM Excellence Model and self-assessment.

The BQF will find an advisor with the skills appropriate to the choice of subject, for example: an introduction to the Model, conducting a self assessment of your business, developing a customer or staff survey. Advisors have worked with BQF for several years and are hand-picked.
