  Speaker: Mike Putnam, President & CEO, Skanska UK
  Mike has nearly 30 years experience working across the entire spectrum of the construction industry, with more than half of it spent leading and managing businesses. A strong supporter and driver of the modern industry change agenda with particular strengths in:- people leadership; strategic vision; driving operational performance and business improvements; developing client relationships; all with an open, people orientated approach.

  Speaker: Moira Clark, Professor of Strategic Marketing, Henley Business School
  The Henley Centre for Customer Management brings together business practitioners, industry thought- leaders and experts/academics to help organisations to tackle today's business challenges. Moira's major area of research and consulting is in Customer Management, Customer Retention and Internal Marketing. She has worked extensively in the area of culture and climate, its impact on retention and loyalty and the critical linkages between employee behaviour and customer retention.

• Leadership Excellence Challenge
  Speaker: Ann Akers, Consulting Director, The Development and Training Company
  Ann has more than 20 years' experience of working at Board and Executive level. Her interest is in "success through inspirational and effective leadership". She works with top teams on strategy development and consults on leadership, performance management, team dynamics and organisational change programmes.

• Social Media Challenge
  Speaker: Ian Gotts, Vice President, TIBCO Software Inc
  Organisations are being challenged by an explosion of data and the demands of digital consumers. The increasing volume, variety, and velocity of information is overwhelming, while today's always-on customers are demanding personalised, real-time services through the channel of their choice.
  Ian Gotts is the founder of Nimbus and Vice president at TIBCO, a provider of infrastructure software. He is an author and has written 5 books on driving transformational change, selling innovation and Cloud Computing.

• Leadership Skills Booster
  An entertaining and interactive session, from The Leadership Trust, that will be informative and possibly revealing. Prepare to get a grip!
