Member-led Networking Groups
provide participants with the opportunity to share and learn from good and best practice. There are, for example, Networking Groups covering Engineering, Local Authorities, Logistics and Social Care.

Best Practice Benchmarking studies
A series of major best practice benchmarking studies into subjects such as Customer Satisfaction, Performance Measurement, Leadership, Processes and Corporate Social Responsibility. Each study has a subject expert from leading business schools such as Manchester, Henley and Cranfield. This is a partnership with Leeds University Business School.

Excellence Showcase
In helping organisations improve their performance, the BQF endeavours to promote excellence whenever this can be confirmed by way of its recognition and awards programmes. The Excellence showcase is a series of verified best practice extracts taken from documentation submitted for these programmes.
