The feedback report provides a list of strengths and areas for improvement for each of the 32 criterion parts addressed in the submission.

Applying will sharpen the focus of an organisation and its improvement activities, foster teamwork and create a succinct description (the submission document) of the organisation in terms of its activities, methods of operation and results.
